"The Summit" Single Scheduled For Release in March 2020
Motive Force has just announced the release of their third single of the upcoming "Center Of Gravity EP"

'The Summit' - The third single to be released off Motive Force's new EP "Center Of Gravity will be released in March of 2020
"The Summit" - an ambitious masterpiece according to 54-40's long-time manager Allen Moy.
First it was 'One Foot Out The Door' - a track about leaving the original line up to pursue his solo endeavors - followed by 'High-Tops & Headphones' opening lyrics: "Walking through the park one day" '
The Summit through an epic journey deep into the mysterious landscape in which 'The Summit' climb to the top peak of the mountain in which the "Center Of Gravity" EP resides upon.

Solo Debut U.S. Tour - November 5th, 2019 -> April 2020

Sonic is VERY busy on his debut U.S tour of Arizona & California right now. We are doing our best to keep you posted on the most current and up to date social media content. Sonic is currently doing an IndieGoGo crowdfunding campaign to make up for uncovered costs for the extension of his Debut U.S Tour which is paired up with his current scheduled release of 'The Summit' - The third rack of the upcoming 'Center Of Gravity EP'

'Center Of Gravity' - EP BIO

The first single, 'High-Tops & Headphones' off his new EP - Centre Of Gravity was released in October 2018 with the aim to acquire his debut American tour. A follow up single 'One Foot Out The Door' has been recently released in June 2019. Sonic believes “This album represents a solid foothold to reaching the top of the radio charts in the years to come.” He aims for radio interviews and live airplay along his tour route.
The "Centre Of Gravity EP" was produced by Adam Scott & David Ziehr in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It opens up with an up-paced rock and roll standard called One Foot Out The Door - followed by a radio-friendly track - High-Tops & Headphones.
Then you’ll then have to climb 'The Summit' - “An ambitious masterpiece” according to 54-40’s long-time manager Allen Moy.
Finally get ready to bang your head to the heavy metal hit 'Players Of The Game' before beginning your journey to space through the title track 'Centre Of Gravity', which showcases Sonic’s creative potential and artistic ability to fit outside of the mold with an explosive statement to bookmark the album end.
'The Summit' is scheduled for release in March of 2020. Motive Force looks forward to touring internationally and hopes to reach the top of the music charts in the years to come.

Motive Force is now being lead by singer and songwriter Adam “Sonic” Scott as he pivots into a new incarnation of the band. After the release of their blazing debut EP “Hormones”, the "Center Of Gravity" EP was produced by David Ziehr & Adam Scott at Nimbus College in Vancouver. It showcases a new side of the bands songs and creates an opportunity for listeners to discover the modern vibe of "Sonic" as a songwriter and live performer.
Sonic will be delivering the sound of Motive Force in an entirely new environment by bringing the electrifying catalogue of the band previous life onstage as a solo electric act. Sonic is taking the music into bold new directions as he embarks on the "Players Of The Game" solo tour. He will be featuring songs from the upcoming “Center of Gravity” EP which are set to be released in 2019 followed by the full album.
Motive Force - Reaching New Horizons! - April 25th 2018
Motive Force has been making a lot of noise up in Canada. They have recently expanded their territory outside of Ontario and into to British Columbia, Canada. They are currently working on their first international tour to promote their up coming album which is scheduled to be released in 2018. This follow up album to their 2017 debut release entitled "Would You Love Me?" will take them into the United States for the first time in their career
The three leading members Adam Scott, Billy Jo and Matt Grant have developed a tight working relationship and look forward to finally traveling outside of Canada. The band name "Came to me like water flowing down a river" said front man Adam "Sonic" Scott. He said "It was only a 20 minute brainstorming session. I knew we wanted something that was positive but strong sounding and out came "Motive Force". What it meant to me at the time was: the force that makes people want to do things. I've heard many different meaning of what it meant to other fans. One fan who was a mechanic told me it was a term in science called "Electro Motive Force" which means the energy that an engine is propelled by and I had another guy who was super into studying serial killers thought it mean the motive to kill" He laughs.
"We truly believe in making above industry standard music for our listeners. We might not release an album every year but you can be sure when one comes out its going to kick ass"
